How do I make a sale offline?
The app operates fully offline! Simply perform transactions normally. They will automatically sync to the server once internet becomes active.
How do I manage low stock limits?
When adding or editing products, set the "Min Warning Qty" value. The low stock indicator on the dashboard triggers automatically when quantity drops below this level.
How do I add a new cashier user?
Navigate to "Users" section under the "More" screen, click "+ Add Staff" to assign a name, login password, and select appropriate system roles.
Offline grace period explanation
If your premium subscription expires while offline, a 14-day grace period is granted. You can continue write operations locally until the grace period ends.
